LUMEYE Shipping Information

At LUMEYE, we offer tracked delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and many other countries across the globe. We aim to process our parcels within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times

For customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, estimated shipping times are 4 to 15 business days. For shipments to Central & South America and Asia, estimated shipping times are 5 to 15 business days. These estimates exclude our standard 1–3 days processing time.
Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one package. We'll keep you updated with tracking notifications until your order is delivered.
Where We Ship To

We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, and more. We do not deliver to the Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, New Caledonia, Russia, and some remote countries. Our parcels are shipped from Asia, which helps us keep costs low and offer tracked shipping to our customers.
Delivery Fees

Most countries qualify for free shipping including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and others. Some countries may see a small delivery fee at checkout due to increased courier costs. If you would like to know if we ship to your country, please email us at lumeye.info@gmail.com.
Import Duties & Taxes

Our parcels are delivered successfully without you incurring any customs, import taxes, or fees. If you receive a notice regarding a fee, please ignore the notice and email us immediately, as it may be a scam.
Multiple Parcels

We will do our best to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible. We may ship your order in multiple parcels to ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs.
Failed Delivery

Shipping updates will be sent to you through email. Please ensure you are home to receive your package at the scheduled delivery or collection time. If you are not at home, please notify your local post office or arrange for a person to receive the parcel on your behalf.
Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels

Report missing parcels within 15 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. Investigating your parcel beyond this timeframe may be challenging for the postal service, and we may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or a refund. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels when delivering to a shared location (shop, restaurant, business, post office, or apartment).
Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is experiencing delays, please report this to our support team at lumeye.info@gmail.com with your order number. You have 15 days to report any missing parcels after 60 days from the original order date.
Returned Parcels

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, please email us within 30 days of your purchase date. We are not responsible for refunds if the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or if you have moved. Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees.
